Expectations for living at The Key
Must maintain personal hygiene.
Must keep living area clean and accessible to staff at all times. (Bed made & curtain opened every day)
Laundry must be cleaned and stored properly.
Common areas and restrooms/showers are to be kept clean by all residents of the facility.
Must seek employment if able. If you receive a disability check, you are required to have at least 24 verified hours per week of community service.
Must be courteous to others living in the facility. Headphones or earbuds are required in rooms to listen to music, play games. Etc.
Must meet with the case manager bi-weekly or according to the case manager’s timeline.
Eating in the common area only. No food in sleeping rooms.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against alcohol and mind-altering drugs of any kind.
Any acts of aggression toward staff or any other resident will result in immediate removal from the facility.
Residents will cooperate with staff upon review, inspection, and count of all prescription medicine they are prescribed.
All residents are subject to drug screening and a breathalyzer test at any time.
The Key reserves the right to inspect any and all property of residents. Including vehicles on the property with all available resources.
There will be no visitors permitted into "The Key" facility at any time.
"The Key" is not responsible for any accidents that may happen on NFS ministries.
Any property that is abandoned for more than 8 hours becomes the property of NFS ministries.
